The 24 Limestone Express Cruiser is built for rugged use in challenging conditions and is both fast and seaworthy. It was designed by Mark Ellis and built to commercial standards by Hinterhoeller Yachts. Renown for being the boat of choice for safety, law enforcement and the Sea Patrol in Canada. This Classy Limestone with varnished teak accents comfortably accommodates 4, sleeps two, has a well-planned galley and dining area with table, and enclosed head with sink.

 FRONT DECK:

Bow anchor chock and roller with deck pipe to chain locker. It has a quick set 14 lb Lewmar Delta Anchor Galvanized manganese steel W/10’ chain & 1/2” nylon rope. (New May 2022)

 HELM:

Sunbrella enclosure (New 2016), for helm with side/rear curtains. Cockpit features a helm and companion seat, 6’ headroom under removable Navy Sunbrella Bimini top and fully enclosed Helm. There is additional aft seating for 4 w/custom white vinyl covered cushions. There is varnished teak cockpit coaming and teak bulkhead and louvered teak swinging doors with latches entering the cabin.

 Swim Platforms: There are 2 swim platforms on the transom with teak inserts. The one on the port has a stainless steel swim ladder and grab rail above. The ladder with teak steps swings down for use.

 ELECTRICAL:

Combination cabin/starting batteries with selector switch. DC switches and fuse holders at helm. Four twin fluorescent bulb DC lighting fixtures in cabin. Port, Starboard, Stern and Masthead running lighting. Masthead and stern anchor lighting. A new transom light was installed in 2022.

 ACCOMMODATIONS:

In the cabin you step down to a beautiful galley to port with shiny stainless steel sink w/ fresh water hand pump, counter space, and an ice box below the counter. There is storage in the back of counter & 6’ plus headroom surrounded by satin varnished teak and teak & holly sole. Unexpected in a boat this size!

 To the starboard there is a full height teak door that leads to a roomy fully enclosed head with manual toilet plumbed to a holding tank with Y valve (new 3/18/21), a shiny SS sink w/fresh water foot pump surrounded with teak storage lockers. There is even a hanging locker for clothes and teak shelf above for jewelry or whatever! The big surprise: it also has 6’ plus headroom!!!

 Next forward there is a cherry/ teak cocktail/dining table between settees that provide seating for 4 or twin 6 1/2’ single berths. The table between the settees drops down as a filler to form a large double berth. There are shelves along both sides with teak fronts and a teak cover for the chain locker where the anchor chain & rope goes when not in use.

 There is a skylight hatch(Resealed 3/18/21)over the cocktail table with a hinged teak hatch screen that provides fresh air and sunlight while dining.

 There are two opening ports with screens…..one over the galley

& the other in the head. The two ports in the front and long ones on the side do not open. All the ports were resealed by the yard in 2021.
